How to use the NEW Q&A App for Teams meetings?
One thing that was missing from Teams meetings was the Q&A section. It’s easy to use and control in live events. But now Microsoft says that in December (we hope before the 24th) the Q&A app will also be available for the normal meetings. Here is a little blogpost about how to use the new Q&A app for Teams meeting.
First you need to have a meeting ready so you can edit it and add this app.
Here is a normal meeting, one person invited and all the other important stuff has been set up. And as you can see in the picture, we need to click on that + mark.
Q&A is easy to type on the search bar.
Here you can decice what attendees can and cannot do.
Simple as that, just ask questions or create conversations. You can do this here, or in the meeting with the q&a button.
You can: Edit, Delete, Like it, Comment it, Close Conversation, or pin Conversation, it’s your choice to make.
Here is an example image with one Conversation and Question ready for the meeting.
Here is an example image of the meeting where you can see that the Q&A button has arrived and the “admin” part of the Q&A.
You can choose yourself, do you want to control the Q&A part in the meeting or in the Teams calendar.
That’s about it. It’s that simple to use the Q&A App for the Teams meetings. Try it out for youself. See ya on the next one o/.
